Code to active aurora and birth islands

I'm planning to give the aurora and birth ticket, but when I test it, the character get the tickets, but can't use it with the sailman in vermilion city, do i have to active with a code in the script where i give the tickets?

try using the setflag command with the corresponding flag to the tickets.
