Does anyone know how to enable Animated sprite with looping in Firered?

The closest thing I found was THIS, but I do not know if there is a loop.

I already knew about that since I'm from pokecommunity. But since there is no way to enable loop, it's kinda useless to me. But thanks a lot for trying to help
