Hi! We all know that JPAN's engine has a feature which can delete pokemons from party. I would like to know if there is any way you can get that same deleted pokemon back.

There is no way to do it, yet. The Jpan engine eliminates the Pokémon permanently.
To achieve what you are looking for, you must resort to ASM.
