Problems about opening some hacking tools

1. I cannot open cyclone, when I tried to open it, a window appeared and showed "Unexpected error".
2. I can't open Overworld Changer 4.0.1, which shows “Runtime Error 62: Input past end of file”.

Another question about Pokemon script:
When I use “applymovement”, which makes a person go from A to B, how can I make him/her stay at B henceforth? (In AdvancedMap it's at A)

About first question, no idea. I gonna answer you about the "applymovement". If i have understood well, you want to move a person and he/she stay forever in the B position, right? Try this: put on your map the same person on twice positions. On last position must be hidden, and the first shown. Assign different flags in both person. During the script, set the first person flag and clear the last one.

Additional question: If I want to only set one person in Advancedmap? How can I achieve this effect in script?

About the tools, try download a different link, you can replace Cyclone with NTME, this last one its better.

About the scripts, there its a command that makes that effect (Did not remember it now), but you can also use some Level Scripts for the best result :)
