I've just created a patch with animated Keldeo in Titlescreen. The patch is for Firered USA.
You can change the sprites to fit your hack.

It looks great! I haven't imagined that someone would finally give us a resource like this one. An animated Pokemon in a Titlescreen isn't something that we can see very often, I hate almost all 5th Gen Pokemon, but meh, it's my own taste. Thank you very much! ^^

I use the attachment before and I've re-uploaded it to mediafire.

Anyway, the source code has been posted HERE by Pokemon_XY so the patch is kinda useless though. You can just use the source codes in the post and build the table on your own.
